JPMorgan's Marko Kolanovic is maintaining his bearish forecast of a 20% market sell-off, despite record highs in the stock market. Kolanovic believes that with high equity valuations, stocks are not attractive investments at the moment due to factors like interest rates, lower-income consumer weakness, geopolitical uncertainty, and challenges in corporate earnings growth. While others, like Morgan Stanley CIO Mike Wilson, have turned bullish, Kolanovic remains the last bear on Wall Street, sticking to his bearish stance on the S&P 500 falling to 4,200 levels.
