Now, this has become a selling point for real estate, with a two-bedroom unit including parking priced at NT$11.8 million attracting over a hundred inquiries online within a day and sold out the next day. Local real estate agents noted that at around NT$500,000 per ping, the selling price is significantly higher than the local market rate of over NT$400,000 per ping.
