This acquisition, which includes a five-year commercial agreement and a 9% stake for the Scott Trust in Tortoise Media, aims to introduce new investments and ideas, enhancing the role of liberal journalism. Lucy Rock has been appointed as the first female print editor in a century, while concerns from Guardian journalists led to a recent strike.
