On the fourth anniversary of Hong Kong's National Security Law, a group of former Hong Kong civil society workers released a 200-plus-page observation report, analyzing nearly 4,000 news articles. Despite the challenges and risks, the report team continues their research and micro-resistance efforts in a dark environment. The report examines the impacts of the National Security Law on various aspects of governance in Hong Kong, including media censorship, civil society engagement, and academic autonomy.
