Bakeware manufacturer Three-A KY (6671) announced at the shareholders' meeting on June 20, 2024, that its EPS had risen to 2.89 yuan last year, with a dividend of 2.50 yuan approved. The company plans to intensify exhibition participation this year to achieve the 2021 historical revenue target. Additionally, Three-A KY has initiated second-generation succession planning, with the CEO and General Manager, Xiao Kaifeng, taking over from Chairman Zhang Ruirong. Zhang's daughter, Zhang Xinyi, has been appointed as the Managing Center Director, while her brother, Zhang Zhihao, currently serves as the Marketing Director, preparing for future succession. The company is also establishing an Indonesian factory to serve the Southeast Asian market.
