Three Diao Ling Station in Ruifang, New Taipei, is the only station in Taiwan that cannot be directly accessed by road. Recently, a YouTuber was fined NT$10,000 for violating the Railway Act while passing through a railway bridge to reach Shuren Village on the opposite side. In response, KMT legislator Liao Xianxiang and others proposed an amendment to Article 57 of the Railway Act, but MOTC's Director of Public Transport and Supervision, Lin Fushan, recommended not amending, maintaining the current text. The MOTC has suggested constructing a bridge across the river to address the local residents' travel difficulties at Three Diao Ling Station.
