Three of Vietnam's Undersea Internet Cables Down

According to state media, three out of Vietnam's five international undersea internet cables are currently out of service, causing significant disruptions to the country's internet connection with the rest of the world. The affected cables connect Vietnam with the United States, Europe, and Asia. Internet service providers Viettel and VNPT, which own the cables, have not provided a timeline for repairs. This is the second major incident of undersea cable outages in Vietnam in just over a year.
