In Taichung City on June 16, 2024, at 8:07 am, despite the clear weather, three trees fell on Nanjing East Road in the morning. A motorcycle had just passed by, and a silver sedan behind it braked abruptly, narrowly avoiding being hit. It was a close call. The car stopped in time, reversed, changed course, and left. Subsequently, several motorcycles approached, had to turn around before the fallen trees. The damaged vehicles will be compensated through insurance, and the fallen trees will be inspected by experts for further assessment.
