Tian Ren Chrysanthemum Sea & Windmill Panoramic View: Must-Visit for a Healing Coastal Getaway in Summer!

Reported 7 months ago

The vibrant orange Tian Ren chrysanthemums are a popular summer attraction, especially in combination with the soothing coastal scenery that attracts many visitors for photos. The Guanyin Bi Hai Rest Area features the stunning Tian Ren chrysanthemum sea and windmills, making it a perfect spot for flower enthusiasts to spend a day along the coastline. The chrysanthemums, which can endure drought and thrive in harsh conditions, bloom from late May to August, with June and July being the best viewing period. The area, originally the Guanyin Sea Bathing Beach, now serves as a coastal recreation area with sparse crowds and ideal conditions for the chrysanthemums to flourish, adding life to the barren coastal area. Apart from the chrysanthemums, visitors can also enjoy views of several wind turbines in the distance, enhancing the picturesque summer beach atmosphere. The rest area has a flat beach, suitable for flying kites, and nearby attractions along Route 61 include observing the coral reef ecology at Guanyin Da Keng North Shore during low tide, visiting the Tofu Rock at Guanyin Baiyu Lighthouse, and ending the day at Baisha Cape Lighthouse. For dining options, the Guanyin Night Market and Ganquan Night Market on Thursdays in the city center are recommended after visiting the Tian Ren chrysanthemums.
