A woman in Tainan, Taiwan, surnamed Huang, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for intentionally injuring a juvenile after confronting a male classmate whom she believed was bullying her daughter. Despite her demand for an apology, the male student refused to apologize, prompting Huang to slap him twice. The court considered her actions as intentional harm against a minor and emphasized the need to protect children's rights. Huang admitted to the charges but cited her frustration with the situation as the cause of her actions.
