After the Dragon Boat Festival, the weather is heating up in Taiwan, signaling the arrival of a hot and humid summer. Nurse Tan Dun-ci from Chang Gung Hospital shared the 'one-third folding method' for storing winter clothes and blankets to prevent moisture and mold. It is advised to wash and dry the items before storing, use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust mites, and place dehumidifiers or charcoal in wardrobes to prevent dampness and mites. Furthermore, to prevent allergies, it is suggested to wash clothes in 55-degree water or use a clothes dryer before cleaning, and invest in anti-mite bedding.
