A police officer at Tokyo's JR Shinjuku Station was attacked by a 50-year-old woman with scissors, resulting in injuries to the officer's abdomen but not life-threatening. The woman has been arrested. The incident occurred near the station's police station, where the officer was found injured. The attacker repeatedly targeted the officer's abdomen while the officer, wearing a bulletproof vest, managed to avoid critical injuries.
