Tommy Baldwin Racing announced a special tribute paint scheme for the late Carl “Bugsy” Stevens during the upcoming NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on June 22. The No. 7NY car will feature a red, white, and blue design reminiscent of Bugsy's historic No. 15. The team is also selling a commemorative t-shirt online with proceeds going to the Matheny School in Bugsy's honor. Team owner Tommy Baldwin Jr. expressed gratitude for Bugsy's contributions to Modified racing and plans to feature more tributes throughout the 2024 season.
