TPG Telecom has agreed to sell its fibre and fixed network infrastructure, including Vision Network, to Vocus for A$5.25 billion (approximately $3.54 billion). This transaction allows Vocus to enhance its enterprise and government services, while TPG will retain its mobile and retail operations. The sale, expected to yield between A$4.65 billion and A$4.75 billion in net cash, follows previous negotiations between the two companies and comes amid TPG's recent regulatory challenges.
