In Taoyuan, a truck carrying paint overturned at the intersection of Taozun Road and Xinbeiyuan Road, causing at least 5 motorcyclists to fall and be sent to the hospital with minor injuries. The police fined the driver, Chen, under the Road Traffic Management Regulations for the spilled cargo on the road. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
