President Trump has made another threat to halt trade talks with Canada, declaring that all negotiations will cease following the airing of a critical advertisement by the Ontario government featuring Ronald Reagan. This is at least the third time this year Trump has made such threats, typically seen more as a strategy to gain concessions rather than serious intentions to end discussions.
