Taiwan Steel Group (TSG) Hawks recently participated in the CPBL draft and selected 6 promising players, including the highly skilled Wu Nianting in the first round. He signed with the team on June 29 and will wear jersey number 67, same as his father's when he was the head coach. Wu is known for his powerful hitting abilities and is expected to boost TSG Hawks' offense significantly. His debut is scheduled for July 1 at their home stadium. Wu, who played in Japan, is joining the team as a key player, bringing in strong offensive 'power' for the team.
