Discussions are in the preliminary stages, focusing on potential investments exceeding $100 billion. While TSMC is currently engaged in projects in the US, Japan, and Germany, the UAE is positioning itself as a regional AI hub, despite facing infrastructure challenges that complicate such substantial investments.
