TSMC is fully dedicated to expanding CoWoS advanced packaging capacity, with the new factory in Chiayi Southern Science Park starting equipment procurement. TSMC's advanced packaging equipment orders are pouring in, benefitting partners like ASE Technology, KYEC, Xinwaw, Wistron NeWeb, Unimicron, and Alchip, set to prosper until 2025. Xinwaw and ASE are among the beneficiaries of TSMC's advanced packaging expansion, with Xinwaw achieving record-high May revenue and significant year-on-year growth. Advanced packaging equipment manufacturers Unimicron and its parent company Wistron NeWeb are also benefiting from the CoWoS production wave, with growing shipments.
