Summer is here and spicy cuisine is a popular choice for appetizers, with the renowned Odd Rock No.1 under the Grand Earth Hotel bringing a spicy craze! Chefs Li Zhaoming and Cai Zhenrong collaborated to create a 'Spicy Food Feast' featuring ten carefully designed Sichuan and Hunan dishes, showcasing the most authentic flavors. Highlights include appetizers like spicy cold duck tongue, fragrant spicy trotters, and sweet pepper ice fresh eel slices, while main dishes like dry-fried pork intestines and fish head with chopped chili pack a flavorful punch. The chefs also revealed a rare secret sauce for the chopped pepper bighead carp. Other must-try dishes include stir-fried beef, Hunan-style purple basil ecological shrimp, creative dishes like Sichuan-style dongpo pork elbow, and pickled vegetable and chicken casserole, and ending the feast with 'Sichuan pepper and salt-braised tofu brain' for a perfect conclusion. General Manager of Grand Earth Hotel Lucia stated that the ten dishes are now on sale, with some dishes requiring advance booking due to the complex processes involved. The Spicy Feast represents the chefs' dedication to quality ingredients, with much effort and cost invested in the development process to ensure guests can taste the most heartfelt cuisine.
