Two women, one surnamed Li, encountered a tire blowout on their way from Hsinchu to Yunlin, leaving their car stranded on the road at the 158th km mark on Route 61. Kind passersby alerted the authorities, leading officers from the Wuri Police Precinct to quickly arrive on the scene. The officers provided safety measures, assisted with traffic control, and eventually arranged for a tow truck to help the women get their car to a repair shop.
