Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) Chairman Lin Hsiu-Ming attended the 10th Corporate Governance Assessment Awards Ceremony for listed companies on June 13, 2024. Lin stated that good corporate governance is crucial for a healthy capital market and the assessment, held since 2014, has driven listed companies to continuously enhance their governance. Among the participating companies, 48 stood out in the 10th assessment, with some showing a strong commitment to governance and sustainability. Lin emphasized the importance of governance for market integrity, recognizing companies' efforts and achievements over the past decade.
