U.S. natural gas prices rose by 2% to a one-week high, driven by record flows to LNG export facilities and a drop in daily production. April futures traded at $4.137 per million British thermal units, even as demand forecasts indicated a decrease due to mild weather. Despite lower expected demand, stockpiles remain about 12% below average due to winter withdrawals, while LNG exports hit a monthly record.
