The union accuses Stellantis of intending to relocate SUV production abroad, despite commitments made in a recent contract. Union President Shawn Fain stated they have the right to strike for contractual compliance, with concerns about the future of over 2,700 jobs and the company's promises regarding investments in U.S. plants.
