Ukraine to Launch Starlink Mobile Internet in 2026, First in Europe

Ukraine will be the first European country to provide Starlink mobile services, as operator Kyivstar plans to introduce messaging by the end of 2025 and mobile satellite broadband by mid-2026. This initiative, part of a collaboration with SpaceX, aims to connect smartphones directly to satellites.
