On June 21, 2024, the Executive Yuan proposed a review of the parliamentary reform bill. During the Legislative Yuan session, the Blue Camp called on people to express support for 'parliamentary reform' on Qingdao East Road, naming it the 'Blue Hawk Action,' with thousands participating. In a street survey on the most controversial DPP legislator to be recalled, DPP legislator Wu Szu-yao was labeled with stickers until unrecognizable. The voting on the partial review of the parliamentary reform bill ended with 113 in favor and 62 against, failing to pass. After the review, the DPP plans to mobilize for the recall of KMT legislators until next year.
