Japanese expert explains that 'fatigue odor' is caused by the emission of 'ammonia' from the skin, not just confined to aging but also triggered by excessive fatigue, protein intake, and alcohol consumption. To combat this scent, the expert recommends focusing on lifestyle habits like balancing protein intake and avoiding excessive alcohol consumption, as well as improving gut health by consuming beneficial foods that suppress the production of ammonia-producing bacteria. Additionally, taking relaxing baths, using alum water for neutralizing odors, and opting for floral perfumes are suggested remedies to alleviate the issue.
