On June 9th at about 9 a.m. at Yunlin's Douliu Station, a woman surnamed Guo fell into a platform gap between the train and platform for unknown reasons. Onlookers quickly notified railway staff who, along with the help of bystanders, managed to rescue the woman, avoiding any serious injuries. Guo, 29, who has a history of hypoglycemia, was disembarking at Douliu station from Chiayi when she felt dizzy and fell, prompting the need for a sugar boost. The incident was captured on video and sparked discussions online, with many expressing relief that the woman was safe.
