A body was discovered floating on Dahan River under Xinhai Bridge in New Taipei City's Xinzhuang on June 15 around 4 p.m. The body, identified as a male around 40 years old with tattoos on his hands and arms, was severely swollen from being soaked in the river for a long period. Authorities have ruled out foul play as there were no visible external injuries on the body and are now trying to identify the individual through fingerprint analysis before transferring the body to a mortuary.
