A brand-new shopping center, Park 17 Nanke, has opened in Tainan, formed through a collaboration between Uni-President Convenience Store and the Nanke Science Park, featuring nature, history, technology, green energy as design themes. The complex offers 11 dining and pharmacy brands, with added amenities like a bookstore and mobile office on the 2nd floor. The center aims to become a new landmark in the southern region, focusing on outdoor optimization, friendly planning, smart technology, diverse brands, and space activation. The facility covers two floors totaling 950 pings, with a whale-shaped exterior design, bright interiors, outdoor plaza for occasional markets or car exhibitions, and improved accessibility for wheelchair users and friendlier dining environment. Brands like 7-ELEVEN, Starbucks, Morrison, and local favorites are featured, including the unique Tai'an Pharmacy in the Nanke area, providing health services alongside shopping and dining experiences.
