Designed to assist with card issues and station information, the machine aims to provide diversified services for passengers, offering functions such as card information inquiries, elderly card extension, ticket processing, lost item inquiries, printing ride proofs, and linking to the metro's online shopping platform in multiple languages. Passengers can easily resolve card issues and access various information, making their metro experience more convenient and efficient.
