The American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) has collaborated with Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Police Agency, Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association, Australian Office, along with Canadian Trade Office in Taipei and Finnish Trade Office in organizing the international workshop 'Enhancement and Strengthening of Civil Force Training' on topics including the use of alert systems, evacuation facility planning and management. The workshop aimed to improve global civil force training programs and facilitate exchanges between officials, experts, scholars, civil society professionals, and NGO representatives from various countries, with 43 participants from 27 nations attending.
