US energy regulators have ordered Venture Global LNG Inc. to share confidential reports with customers involved in a contract dispute over its Louisiana facility. The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's decision benefits Calcasieu Pass LNG terminal customers like Shell, BP, and Edison SPA who have been forced to buy more expensive LNG shipments due to missing supplies. If no agreement is reached within 45 days, an administrative law judge will issue a protective order for document sharing, granting access to reports detailing issues with the terminal's commissioning process.
