The defendants include Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama LLC, SMART Alabama LLC, and Best Practice Service, LLC. The lawsuit aims to stop child labor and make the companies forfeit profits related to the practice, with Hyundai stating they will vigorously defend against the allegations.
