Customers of major US telecommunication companies like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon are experiencing difficulties connecting to their networks while traveling abroad. The issue stems from a third-party provider, Syniverse Technologies, and has caused disruptions in voice and data connections for US-based customers overseas. Verizon has acknowledged the issue and is working with Syniverse to resolve it, with 70% of connections still functional. T-Mobile and AT&T are also affected and are actively working on solutions. The problem began on June 26th, and affected individuals like actor Patrick Schwarzenegger and others have taken to social media to express their concerns.
