R&B icon Usher shared his wellness routine with the 'Wall Street Journal,' disclosing that he fasts every Wednesday following his grandmother's practice. His routine includes morning reflection, celery juice, a concoction of lemon, ginger, water, and cayenne pepper, and avoiding breakfast until he exercises. Despite his strict diet and exercise regime, Usher made an exception for his Super Bowl halftime performance.
