Verizon customers are expressing anger after receiving settlement payments related to a class-action lawsuit, with many receiving amounts below the promised minimum of $15. The company settled the lawsuit for $100 million over accusations of misleading customers regarding its Administrative and Telco Recovery Charge. Despite expectations of higher payouts, customers reported receiving much lower amounts due to a higher than anticipated number of claims. This comes on the heels of recent price hikes for Verizon's services, adding to customer dissatisfaction.
