On June 21 at 22:22, veteran male star Wang Tiecheng passed away at the age of 88 in Beijing due to illness confirmed by the Chinese Children's Art Theater. Wang Tiecheng, who had been in the industry for over 60 years, was a renowned actor in China known for films such as 'The Great River Flows,' 'Li Siguang,' 'Xi'an Incident,' 'The Song of the Chinese Revolution,' and 'Zhou Enlai.' He had won numerous awards in his career and was a classmate of Li Ao. Wang Tiecheng's biggest wish was to care for his son who had Down syndrome, leading him to take on more acting roles to support his family amidst the high medical costs.
