Via, the transit software startup, ended its first trading day slightly above its IPO price of $46, after initial shares fell to $44 during the opening. With the stock closing at just over $49, the company valued at around $3.9 billion raised approximately $328 million in its IPO, despite being in the red with a loss of $37.5 million for the first half of 2025. CEO Daniel Ramot expressed optimism for growth opportunities, suggesting potential future acquisitions using IPO proceeds.
