A 21-year-old Vietnamese college student mistakenly rode her motorbike onto National Highway No. 3 and proceeded to travel in the opposite direction, causing three cars to collide in an attempt to avoid her. Fortunately, the student only suffered minor abrasions and was treated at a hospital. Police are investigating the incident and reminding the public to adhere to traffic signs and not to enter highways accidentally. Violators could face fines ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 New Taiwan Dollars.
