On June 7, 2024, in South Korea, a third-grade elementary student attempted to leave the school without permission. When vice principal tried to stop him, the student slapped the vice principal five times, used foul language, and spat. When the student's mother was called to the school, instead of apologizing, she physically assaulted the teacher. The school determined the student's behavior as a severe violation of educational rights and reported to the local education department. The student had a history of misconduct and transferred to the current school on May 14, still causing disruptions and violence in class.
