During a three-day anti-parliamentary tyranny activity outside the Legislative Yuan starting from June 19, various civic groups have called for the recall of specific blue and white legislators with posters and leaflets featuring QR codes. In response to being mentioned for recall, Kuomintang legislator Wang Hung-wei stated on June 20 that if recalled, she would seek Democratic Progressive Party legislator Wu Szu-yao to accompany her. Wang emphasized she is fully prepared and not afraid of recall, likening the naming recall to the Red Guards from the Cultural Revolution era and criticizing the targeting of Kuomintang legislators by these civic groups.
