The studio of actor Wang Xing released a controversial clip suggesting Wang's character's demise, angering the producer Yu Zheng. Yu Zheng, who had filmed an extra episode showing a happy ending for the characters, criticized the studio and threatened to fire the editor for misrepresentation.
