In the drama 'Ink Rain Among Clouds,' the character Wang Xing, played by Luo Lingyun, faced a bloody battlefield and an open-ended conclusion. The studio of actor Wang Xing released a controversial clip suggesting Wang's character's demise, angering the producer Yu Zheng. Yu Zheng, who had filmed an extra episode showing a happy ending for the characters, criticized the studio and threatened to fire the editor for misrepresentation. After backlash from fans, the studio issued a late-night apology to address the situation.
