Based on health insurance database statistics of 5,000 long-term constipation patients, it was found that the probability of developing Parkinson's disease for long-term severe constipation patients is 10 times higher than the general population. To prevent Parkinson's disease, improve intestinal motility, and relieve constipation, three movements are recommended by physical therapist Chien Wen-jen, including 'Step Up,' 'Cha Cha Left and Right,' and 'Butt Up.' Dietary adjustments focusing on fiber and water intake are also advised to alleviate constipation.
