Reported 11 months ago

Nutritionist warns against consuming 4 types of sauces high in calories and sodium, especially the popular sauce for hot pot called sa cha sauce, which ranks as the highest calorie sauce. Many believe sodium intake is only related to salt consumption, but nutritionist Sung Ming-hua reminds that various sauces contain sodium; for instance, a tablespoon of sa cha sauce contains about 185mg of sodium, which easily leads to high blood pressure. To stay healthy and prevent hypertension, one should be cautious about their sauce intake along with reducing salt intake.
