During the shareholder meeting of Evergreen Aviation on June 17, 2024, WealthTek represented by its subsidiary DingChuang Company, acquired four director seats, marking its entry into the drone market. WealthTek's industrial and automotive products group general manager, Xu Meilun, became the new chairman of Evergreen, with former chairman Luo Zhengfang now serving as CEO and general manager. Luo emphasized WealthTek's support in AI drone development, highlighted their strengths in wireless RF PCBs, consumer electronics, sensors, and supply chain capabilities, and mentioned collaborative opportunities in military-grade drones and component production efficiency.
