Central Meteorological Bureau has issued a high-temperature alert today for 4 counties and cities with an orange alert, where the probability of temperatures reaching 36 degrees continuously is high, and 3 counties and cities have a yellow alert. Citizens are advised to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities, work, and exercise, and to take precautions against sun exposure, stay hydrated, and prevent heat injuries. It is recommended to keep indoor spaces ventilated and cool, and to cool down the body or environment by methods such as using fans or ice packs. Special care is advised for the elderly, children, people with chronic illnesses, obesity, medication users, vulnerable groups, outdoor workers or athletes, to stay away from high-temperature environments.
