Web Bank International stated its continued focus on the entertainment industry. Following the board election at Jhong Guan Corporation's shareholders' meeting today (6/24), independent experts Hsu Yu-Jen and legal professor Wang Zhi-Cheng were elected as directors, with the commitment to operate independently, prioritize professional supervision, optimize corporate governance, and protect shareholders' rights. Web Bank International clarified that it has no intention to participate in Jhong Guan's operations, especially after the stock swap case, and thus has no interest in any form of cooperation. The nomination of non-group members as directors is seen as the best proof of this stance.
