As the scorching heat continues until next Wednesday, the southwest region is at risk of strong thunderstorms in the morning and afternoon. Due to the influence of the southwestern winds, significant rainfall is expected across various areas during the day. Unstable weather conditions will persist until Tuesday and Wednesday, with localized brief thunderstorms expected in the afternoons starting from Thursday onwards. Areas affected by the southwestern winds may witness morning rainfall and afternoon convective weather patterns. The likelihood of reduced rainfall is high from Thursday until early July, particularly in regions other than the east and northwest. Thunderstorm activities are expected to decrease, with a heatwave forecasted across Taiwan during the upcoming weekend.
