On June 9th, around 9 a.m., a woman surnamed Guo in her 20s fell into the gap between a train and the platform at the Douliu train station in Yunlin. Bystanders quickly notified railway staff and worked together to rescue the woman, ending the incident without major harm. Guo, who suffers from hypoglycemia, had a dizzy spell and fell while getting off the train to buy a drink to stabilize her blood sugar. She only sustained minor scrapes on her face and limbs. This incident was attributed to her medical condition rather than intentional actions.
